In this video we implement a one-way ANOVA in PROC GLM, using the same example (Example #8 on Pizza Diameters) as in the previous video. But here we discuss the important difference between the LSMEANS statement and the MEANS statement, both of which are available in PROC GLM. In addition, we discuss contrasts and how to specify them on the CONTRAST and ESTIMATE statements in PROC GLM. Contrasts are extremely useful and important for analyzing data with ANOVA models.
